We currently ship everywhere worldwide! 

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Once you place an order, we begin processing it within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekdays are typically handled more quickly, while those placed over the weekend may take slightly longer.

After processing, standard delivery to addresses in the Netherlands typically takes 3–5 business days. For other regions, delivery may take between 4–8 business days.

As soon as your parcel ships, you will receive a tracking link by email, allowing you to monitor your shipment through our Track & Trace system at any time.

Delivery

Damaged Product?

While rare, damage during transport can occur. If your item arrives damaged:

  • We will offer a free replacement on the first occurrence.
  • Refunds are not issued for the first shipment.
  • If a second shipment is also damaged, we will issue a full refund.

To report a damaged item, please email us with a clear description and photographs of the product and packaging.
